- 3 tiny slices rye bread
- Crème fraîche
- 2 tiny pieces gravlax
- Tiny slices of red onion
- 1 hardboiled quail egg, sliced
- Tiny slices of radish
- 1 teaspoon caviar
- 2 tiny pieces pickled herring
- Tiny slices of cucumber
- Lay out a slice of rye bread and top with crème fraîche, gravlax, onion slices and dill.
- On another slice of rye bread, add crème fraîche, hardboiled egg, radish and caviar. Garnish with microgreens.
- Lay out the third slice of bread and top with crème fraîche, pickled herring, cucumber and dill.
