• 3 tiny slices rye bread
  • Crème fraîche
  • 2 tiny pieces gravlax
  • Tiny slices of red onion
  • Dill
  • 1 hardboiled quail egg, sliced
  • Tiny slices of radish
  • 1 teaspoon caviar
  • Microgreens
  • 2 tiny pieces pickled herring
  • Tiny slices of cucumber


  1. Lay out a slice of rye bread and top with crème fraîche, gravlax, onion slices and dill.
  2. On another slice of rye bread, add crème fraîche, hardboiled egg, radish and caviar. Garnish with microgreens.
  3. Lay out the third slice of bread and top with crème fraîche, pickled herring, cucumber and dill.
