Ingredients
- 2 tiny pieces boneless pork
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 quail egg
- 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Steps
- Season pork with salt and pepper. Place between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound the meat until very thin.
- Dredge in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the pork until golden brown on both sides. Serve with potato salad.

- 1 tiny potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 tiny onion
- 1 teaspoon beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon German mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Chives, for garnish
Steps
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add potatoes. Cook until soft. Set aside in a bowl.
- In a saucepot, add oil and onions. Season with salt and pepper and saute onions. Add broth, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil, then pour over potatoes. Let sit for 20 minutes. Drain excess liquid from potatoes and garnish with chives.
