• 2 tiny pieces boneless pork
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 quail egg
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil


  1. Season pork with salt and pepper. Place between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound the meat until very thin.
  2. Dredge in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the pork until golden brown on both sides. Serve with potato salad.
