Sandwich & Veggies
2, 1-inch pieces whole wheat bread
1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1-inch slice cheese
1-inch slice turkey
Tiny lettuce leaf
1-inch carrot sticks
1-inch celery sticks
Spread one piece of bread with mayo. Top with turkey, cheese and lettuce. Add top slice of bread.
Wrap sandwich in plastic wrap.
Place veggie sticks in a tiny baggie.
Place sandwich, veggies and cookie in a tiny brown paper bag, and enjoy at lunchtime!
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon egg, beaten
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flour
Pinch baking soda
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 dried cranberry, minced
Mix together brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, oats and cranberry pieces, and stir to combine.
Form into small cookies, and bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
Allow to cool, then place in a tiny baggie.
