- 2, 1-inch pieces whole wheat bread
- 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1-inch slice cheese
- 1-inch slice turkey
- Tiny lettuce leaf
- 1-inch carrot sticks
- 1-inch celery sticks
- Spread one piece of bread with mayo. Top with turkey, cheese and lettuce. Add top slice of bread.
- Wrap sandwich in plastic wrap.
- Place veggie sticks in a tiny baggie.
- Place sandwich, veggies and cookie in a tiny brown paper bag, and enjoy at lunchtime!
