This dainty boil is made with the teeniest tiniest shrimp you've ever seen!
1/4 lemon, sliced
1/4 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 baby potato, chopped
1/2 mini sausage, sliced
1/2 pearl onion, sliced
1 baby corn, sliced
3 mini shrimp
Cocktail sauce and lemon butter, for serving
Fill a pot with water and add lemon, bay leaf, salt, peppercorns and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a simmer. Add potatoes, sausage, onion, corn and shrimp and boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and strain.
Serve on brown paper or a newspaper-lined table with sauces on the side.
