This dainty boil is made with the teeniest tiniest shrimp you've ever seen!

Low Country Boil

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lemon, sliced

  • 1/4 bay leaf

  • 2 peppercorns

  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

  • 1 baby potato, chopped

  • 1/2 mini sausage, sliced

  • 1/2 pearl onion, sliced

  • 1 baby corn, sliced

  • 3 mini shrimp

  • Cocktail sauce and lemon butter, for serving

Instructions

  1. Fill a pot with water and add lemon, bay leaf, salt, peppercorns and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a simmer. Add potatoes, sausage, onion, corn and shrimp and boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and strain.

  2. Serve on brown paper or a newspaper-lined table with sauces on the side.
