This dainty boil is made with the teeniest tiniest shrimp you've ever seen!
Low Country Boil
- 1/4 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 bay leaf
- 2 peppercorns
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 baby potato, chopped
- 1/2 mini sausage, sliced
- 1/2 pearl onion, sliced
- 1 baby corn, sliced
- 3 mini shrimp
- Cocktail sauce and lemon butter, for serving
- Fill a pot with water and add lemon, bay leaf, salt, peppercorns and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a simmer. Add potatoes, sausage, onion, corn and shrimp and boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and strain.
- Serve on brown paper or a newspaper-lined table with sauces on the side.
