Tiny Macaron

In this adorable size, maybe this should be called a micron.


  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 drop pink food coloring
  • Pink frosting


  1. Whip egg whites until frothy. Mix in sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Stir in pink food coloring.
  2. Pipe two 1/3-inch cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 200°F for 20 minutes. Frost the top of one cookie, then add the other cookie on top.
