Tiny Macaroni & Cheese

When you're in need of a little comfort, look no further than this cheesy favorite.


  • 5 elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon breadcrumbs


  1. Boil water, add pasta and cook 8-10 minutes.
  2. To a saucepan add butter and melt, then stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add milk and stir until thick. Stir in cheese and remove from heat.
  3. Cut pasta into 1/8 inch pieces and mix with cheese sauce. Plate and top with breadcrumbs.
