Big or small, the debate rages on whether to add raisins, cranberries or nothing at all.
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon egg, beaten
1 tablespoon flour
Pinch baking soda
1 tablespoon rolled oats
1 dried cranberry, minced
Mix together the brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and oats. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir in cranberry pieces.
Form into small cookies, and bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
