This classic cheesesteak is cheesy, meaty, and fits between your two fingers.
4 thin slices of steak
1 teaspoon sliced onion
1 teaspoon sliced mushroom
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon chopped provolone cheese
Salt and pepper
In a pan, heat butter and sauté onion and mushroom; set aside. Cook steak.
Heat a saucepan and melt butter. Stir in flour and milk. Bring to a simmer and add cheese and salt and pepper. Add steak to sandwich bun and cover with peppers and mushroom. Cover with cheese sauce.
