This classic cheesesteak is cheesy, meaty, and fits between your two fingers.

Tiny Philly Cheese Steak


  • 4 thin slices of steak
  • Butter
  • 1 teaspoon sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon sliced mushroom
  • Cheese sauce:
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sandwich bun


  • In a pan, heat butter and sauté onion and mushroom; set aside. Cook steak.
  • Heat a saucepan and melt butter. Stir in flour and milk. Bring to a simmer and add cheese and salt and pepper. Add steak to sandwich bun and cover with peppers and mushroom. Cover with cheese sauce.
