Tiny Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

This adorable pineapple cake will turn any frown upside down.


  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 4 tiny rounds of pineapple
  • 5 tiny pieces maraschino cherry
  • 2 tablespoons cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon water


  1. Heat butter and sugar in sauté pan until caramelized.
  2. Pour into cake pan. Place pineapple rounds and cherries on top of sugar and butter.
  3. In a small bowl, stir cake mix, water and oil. Pour into cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
