Tiny Poutine

Petite poutine is all gravy — in the best way.


  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 fingerling potato, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 2 teaspoons powdered gravy mix
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cheese crud, crumbled


  1. Heat oil. Add potato strips and fry until golden.
  2. Place on a plate and set aside while gravy cooks.
  3. To a sauce pot add gravy mix and water and cook until thick.
  4. Pour over fries and top with cheese.
