What happens when your lil pumpkin meets a cutie pie?

Tiny Pumpkin Pie


  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons egg
  • Pinch pumpkin pie spice


  • Mix butter and flour until a cohesive dough forms. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roll out dough and add to pie pan. Pour pumpkin mixture into pie pan.
  • Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
