- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons egg
- Pinch pumpkin pie spice
- Mix butter and flour until a cohesive dough forms. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll out dough and add to pie pan. Pour pumpkin mixture into pie pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
