Tiny Pumpkin Scone & Latte
Get in the spirit of fall with a tiny pumpkin scone and adorable lil latte.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Pinch of clove, ginger and nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin puree
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla frosting
Steps
- Mix all scone ingredients in a bowl. Knead on cutting board until cohesive dough forms.
- Flatten dough and cut out a triangle.
- Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Drizzle with frosting.

- 1/2 teaspoon espresso
- 1 teaspoon hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin puree
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipped cream and cinnamon
Steps
- Mix espresso and hot water. Pour into a mug.
- Heat milk with sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
- Pour warm milk mixture over espresso. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
