Tiny Pumpkin Scone

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Pinch of clove, ginger and nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla frosting

Steps

  • Mix all scone ingredients in a bowl. Knead on cutting board until cohesive dough forms.
  • Flatten dough and cut out a triangle.
  • Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes. Drizzle with frosting.

Tiny Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon espresso
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • Whipped cream and cinnamon

Steps

  • Mix espresso and hot water. Pour into a mug.
  • Heat milk with sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
  • Pour warm milk mixture over espresso. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
