Tiny Ramen

Finishing off an entire bowl of ramen has never been easier. Or less filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons beef broth
  • Kimchi
  • 1 bean sprout, sliced
  • 1-inch scallion, chopped
  • 1-inch square of nori
  • Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Heat broth. Cook noodles in broth, place in bowl and top with bean sprout, kimchi, nori, scallions and sesame seeds.
