Tiny Shrimp Tempura

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Soda water

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 mini shrimp

  • White rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil.

  2. Mix soda water, flour and baking soda to form a batter.

  3. Dip shrimp in batter and fry until crisp. Serve over cooked white rice.
