Celebrate St. Patrick's Day the right way 🍀
1 tiny sausage
2 tiny pieces thick-cut bacon
1/2 tiny onion
1 tiny potato, peeled and cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons stock
1/8 teaspoon parsley
Heat a frying pan and cook sausage and bacon until crisp and brown. Chop the bacon and sausage into smaller pieces.
Layer onion, potatoes, sausage and bacon in a pot. Pour the stock over the top. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with soda bread.
