• 1 tiny sausage
  • 2 tiny pieces thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 tiny onion
  • 1 tiny potato, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons stock
  • 1/8 teaspoon parsley


  1. Heat a frying pan and cook sausage and bacon until crisp and brown. Chop the bacon and sausage into smaller pieces.
  2. Layer onion, potatoes, sausage and bacon in a pot. Pour the stock over the top. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with soda bread.
