- 1 tiny sausage
- 2 tiny pieces thick-cut bacon
- 1/2 tiny onion
- 1 tiny potato, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons stock
- 1/8 teaspoon parsley
- Heat a frying pan and cook sausage and bacon until crisp and brown. Chop the bacon and sausage into smaller pieces.
- Layer onion, potatoes, sausage and bacon in a pot. Pour the stock over the top. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with soda bread.
