1 sprig rosemary
1 teeny tiny piece of steak
1/2 small cremini mushroom, finely diced
1 baby spinach leaf, thinly sliced
Finely slice a few leaves from the rosemary sprig; use to season steak.
Sear steak in pan; add mushroom and spinach to pan, saute.
Serve steak topped with mushroom and spinach.
