- 2 heirloom green tomatoes
- 3-4 tomatillos, husked and cored
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- Garnishes: Olives, celery, parsley, more tomatillos, etc.
- High speed blender
- Garnish stick thingy
- Bloody mary glasses
- Blend tomatoes, tomatillos, lime juice, garlic, cucumber, jalapeno in a high-speed blender.
- Pour into glass over ice and garnish.
