Supplies
- Precut lumber
- Paint
- Nails
- Hammer
- Screws
- Screwdriver
- Pencil
- Tape measure
- Bolts
- Wrench
Steps
- Take 2 pieces of precut lumber and place together at a 90 degree angle making an L-shape & screw together.
- Repeat this process so you have 2 loose L-shape pieces.
- Once you have secured the two pieces, take one precut piece of lumber measuring 3-4 inches from the top board, and screw this wood plank in place.
- *TIP: You can use a piece of precut wood as a spacer when placing planks to ensure even
- spacing
- Continue to secure your planks down one side of the slat wall.
- Once you have one side fully secured, take the unattached L shape piece and secure it to the loose planks (ensuring wood pieces are evenly spaced).
- Paint or stain the slat wall
- Once dry, place slat wall in the desired location & secure it to the ground so that it stands level
