Hello all! Chef Shruti of Rangoli - Food Through Color is partnering with Chef Wendy @WenYerHungry to bring you a very special 8-course High Tea Brunch. Join us as we showcase some of our favorite teas from China, India, Morocco and Russia.
We will be sharing, teaching, and consuming 8 different teas paired with a small bite that unlocks the varieties of flavors and aromas within each tea.

Bamboo Green

The earthy flavor and aroma of this green tea inspired the pairing with the ginger infused bites of our hainan chicken spring rolls
Yunnan Pu'erh

This highly prized fermented tea is widely known for its digestive benefits. Its strong, earthy and distinctive flavor makes a beautiful pairing balancing the richness of our twice cooked pork belly buns.
High Mountain Oolong

Russian Black

Not known for their tea game, this fragrant black tea has subtle notes of orange peel and cloves. We are pairing it with house made Everything 'Bagel' Shortbread and Whipped Red Beet Salmon Creme
Gujarati Chai

The combination of robust black tea mixing with a signature house blend of spices comes together in a way you haven’t experienced chai before. Paired with our Gujarati Samosas, it’s the perfect bite!
North American White

This nutty and spiced tea is made from a mix of nuts and apples which gives it a slightly pink hue and a full aroma. Paired with our savory crepe cake takes your taste buds on quite a ride.
Rose Jasmine

Refresh your palette with this light citrus and floral pairing. We paired a yuzu tart with rose water to accentuate the sharpness of a typical green tea and the sweetness of the jasmine flowers in the Sichaun classic.
Moroccan Mint

This authentic herbal mint tea, straight from the city of Marrakech, is an excellent note to end the evening. We are pairing it with traditional flavors of Morocco, in our Brown Butter Date Triffle and Coconut
