"Moong" Soup accompanied with Quinoa salad
You will be served with a soup made with yellow "Moong" Lentils tempered lightly with spices, cumin, mustard seeds and with a hint of lemon. This is accompanied with Indian spiced Quinoa salad
Tawa Chicken "Roti" Tacos

This entree is our modern twist on "Kathi Rolls" (Indian wrap). Mini sized "Roti" (Indian bread) filled with one of the most famed chicken dish, generally served in roadside restaurants called "dhabas" on big tawas (flat pans) and garnished with Mint & Tamarind Chutneys, and spiced onions
"Achaari" Tawa Fish
Pan Seared Pickled Fish served in Spinach & Cilantro Sauce with Curd Rice. This flavorful dish is a perfect blend of North Indian cuisine and South Indian comfort food. The intense and complex flavors of this pickled fish is perfectly balanced by the mild flavors of Curd Rice.
Chocolate Rasmalai
They say, Dessert is like a feel-good song, and the best ones make you dance! And when an Indian delicacy dessert is combined with some chocolate love, it will do just that! Made with Cottage cheese, cooked in sugar syrup, soaked in thick condensed creamy milk and accentuated with chocolate, this combo is heavenly!
