Born & raised in Los Angeles, attended college at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and later studied culinary arts at the Kitchen Academy in Hollywood. Beau's experience spans The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, to The Sunset Grill in St. Thomas where he started as a Sous Chef and Shortly after became the Executive Chef. Beau later returned to Los Angeles and began working at Church & State bistro and is now the Executive Sous Chef at BOA Steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
