Menu detail
Aperol Spritz
Beverage
The Aperol Spritz is the ideal summer sipper and the perfect "apertivo" to start your evening. Our opening cocktail is paired with "Three Coins in the Fountain" from the movie of the same name.
This drink became popular in Italy in the 1950s and is now having a major moment in the states. Only three ingredients and classically Italian, it is made with Aperol, prosecco, and soda, with a fresh orange slice as garnish.
Our paired song is also from the 50s and has that same festive air of a summertime holiday in Italy. Together they form a welcoming and approachable introduction to the evening of summer tasting.
Gin & Tonic
Beverage
The Gin & Tonic is a classic highball with a rich history, and is often a go-to summer drink. We are pairing this time-honored refresher with an equally beloved song: "Piano Man" by Billy Joel.
The tried and true Gin & Tonic is a delicate mix of bitter and sweet with additional tartness from the fresh citrus garnish. Billy Joel's song is a universal favorite about us all, and the G&T is its cherished counterpart.
"...we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright"
Daiquiri
Beverage
The Daiquri summons beachside fantasies of Havana in the 1940s. It is a classic sour cocktail, and may well be one of the most perfect summer inventions. The Daiquiri is comprised of the simplest ingredients but makes for a complex finish: rum, lime juice, and sugar, decorated with a lime wedge garnish.
We've paired our final drink with "I'm on my way to Cuba" by perhaps the most famous and beloved Cuban of the 1940s and 50s: Desi Arnaz. Let the Caribbean warmth take you over as we end the evening in style!
