Bone broths are a traditional food that have a wealth of benefits: they're extremely nutritious, economical, paleo, and gut-friendly. They transform food that might otherwise go to waste into a delicious, nourishing meal. This class is designed for beginner to intermediate cooks to learn how to select & prep ingredients, cook, store, and use bone broth. You'll leave with: - printed Bone Broth 101 guide - one pint of prepared stock - one bag of stock ingredients to cook at home

Chicken/Poultry Bone Broth
Ingredients: Organic chicken and/or turkey, vegetables, and aromatics We'll focus on cuts of meat to use, whether or not to roast your bones, different cooking methods (stovetop vs. slow cooker vs. pressure cooker), and how to get the most nutrition out of the bones. We'll also learn about flavor combinations & fun additions and have lots of samples to taste! While we won't taste them, we will also review strategies for beef, pork, and fish broths!
