Chef Stephen's career began with humble beginnings gleaning troves of culinary ingenuity from landmark restaurants such as South Florida's La Vielle Maison and L.A.'s seafood mecca the WateGrill. Making his own mark on the culinary landscape of Los Angeles, Stephen opened Studio City's hidden gem Raphael restaurant. He also worked with downtown's heralded non-profit Homeboy Industries to create the Homeboy Food Truck. Today, Chef Stephen is a Personal Chef creating market driven dishes that are both tasty and socially conscience. As for his philosophy, ' the creative process all starts with the local farmers market, whats fresh, whats growing now? Then working with local artisans and purveyors, I create dishes that reflect the cultural diversity and progressive thinking that makes Los Angeles great!'
