A Cadre of Cooks. Dinner and Storytelling with Stephen Barkulis (Chef/Owner ChefBarkulis LLC), Isa Fabro (chef, IsaMADE), and Geo Mialma (former lead line cook at Water Grill). A collaboration between former line cooks share their tales of growing up during the last days of haute cuisine in Los Angeles. Multi-course dinner with optional wine/beer pairing. Learn about the real lives of cooks through their words and food.
