Steve LaRosa is an up and coming chef in Pittsburgh's booming food scene. He has been groomed by some of the best known restaurants and talent in town including Fukuda, Carmella's Plates and Pints, Soba, Umami, and The Bigelow Grille. Steve boasts a broad range of expertise including Washoku, American soul food, modern American cuisine, and in his most recent venture as sous chef at Mastic Trail Brewing, he is applying his talents to Caribbean cuisine alongside Chef Justin Lewis.
