BIO

I am a classically trained chef with over 25 years running 3 and 4 star Contemporary American restaurants in NYC and SF. I received my mentoring from chefs Charlie Palmer, David Burke and Barry Wine at The River Cafe and Aureole and The Quilted Giraffe. I then became Executive Chef at Zoe in NYC and The Cosmopolitan in SF. Most recently I was the Executive Chef/ R&D Chef at Munchery and currently doing pop up dinners and private dinners with Feastly. I love cooking so much that it is my hobby as well as my profession. I am now lucky to be working along side my talented wife George Ann. Our little company is called Family Meal and we can't wait to cook, serve and talk to you about the dishes that I personally cultivate and prepare for you. Lets Make Dinner Great Again!
