Local Delta asparagus and Di Stefano Burrata served on a toasted freekeh salad with a parmesan crisp and chunky salsa verde with pine nuts, capers and golden raisins.
Peppercorn Seared Ahi, Jasmine Rice, Tempura Green Beans, Wasabi, Ponzu

Peppercorn crusted, rare seared Ahi served with a lemony Jasmine rice salad, tempura Bluelake beans, wasabi mayo and a ginger-shallot ponzu
Sauteed Dayboat Scallops, Oxtail and Spring Vegetable Risotto

Sauteed Dayboat Sea Scallops served on a spring vegetable risotto topped with an oxtail and Black Trumpet mushroom ragout drizzled with white truffle oil
