Potato and Summer Squash pancakes served with smoked trout roe, chive creme fraiche, radishes and asian pear
Duck and Shiitake Matzoh Ball Soup

A roasted duck broth topped with an herbed matzoh ball, shiitake mushrooms, Swiss Chard and a bissel of truffle oil
"Trayf" Stuffed Cabbage

Definitely not kosher version of my mom's stuffed cabbage. These are steamed Savoy Cabbage leaves stuffed with a shrimp and scallop mousse served on a sweet/sour/spicy pepper and tomato sauce
Maneschewitz Braised Pot Roast
Brisket cooked low n slow with that ubiquitous sweet Concord grape wine till fork tender served with Kasha and quinoa "Varnishkes" and sweet potato "Tsimmes"
Cheesecake Blintzes , Berries and Meyer Lemon
Crepes filled with cheesecake served with a summer berry compote and Meyer Lemon curd
