Mudo signifies "state of feeling" or "the pervading atmosphere of a given place." Enjoy a 4 course Omakase by Chef Trevor Molyneux. (Michael Mina, Akikos, Ame, Ju-Ni) Taking his experience in working at some of San Francisco's top sushi bars and mixing it with seasonal California bounty Chef Trevor provides a wonderful and affordable Omakase tasting. Produce from local markets, fresh local Albacore sashimi thats been lightly smoked in cherry wood. Boneless short rib braised in sake and soy for 6 1/2 hours finished with strawberries soaked in rose water with red bean ice cream and Thai basil.
