Chef Trevor Molyneux (Michael Mina, Akiko’s, Ame, Ju-Ni) presents a four-course omakase experience inspired by Japanese and Californian fare. This unique dining experience celebrates seasonal produce and fresh, local seafood with the menu changing weekly to highlight the best ingredients from the farmers market and fish vendors.
