Mudo translates to "a state of feeling" This meal is a coursed out tasting of Japanese & California flavors using fish flown in from Japan and vegetables from locally sourced farmers markets. With chef's Trevor Molyneux (Michael Mina, Ame, Akikos) and Atsuhiro Kajita (Morimoto, Nobu, Akikos) at the reigns be prepared for multiple courses of sashimi, nigiri, simmered eggplant with fresh ginger, and other surprises.
