Mudo translates to "A State Of Feeling" A pop-up restaurant focusing on Japanese and Californian flavors by Chef Trevor Molyneux. Trevor has spent the last 10 years learning the craft of sushi at places like Anzu, Akikos, and Ju-Ni along with a few stints in fine dining establishments like Michael Mina and Ame. This menu runs through 5 courses of sashimi, simmered vegetables, nigiri, miso black cod and finished with a tofu dessert.
