My focus has always been and will remain to cook with the best, freshest, high quality ingredients. I want to serve you the food I would like to serve to my family and friends.
Seeing true pleasure on a guest’s face, sharing stories about the origin of ingredients and meeting so many nice people are the reasons why I decided to switch career and become a chef (from a Marketing/sales background in the cosmetics industry).
After 2 full years of building Et Voila! I'm now focusing on my own fine catering company.
Here I would like to express a more personal interpretation of cooking.
