Decadent Dairy Free Chocolate Coconut Cream Ganache

We will be making a luscious, decadent, dairy-free, chocolate ganache that hits all the marks for luxurious, delicious chocolate but is easy to make and infinitely adaptable. This class is going to be a lot of fun. You can cook along or just watch. We will be making a delicious chocolate ganache and chocolate truffles with the ganache. Plus I will be showing you how to use the ganache as a glaze and a dip for fresh fruit. Strawberries and raspberries are wonderful for this.
