Threes Brewing is hosting a butchery class, in order to learn the Meat Hook method of breaking down a pig - from nose to tail. Students will learn to you understand where your food comes from, animal husbandry standards, and cooking techniques.
Not only will you create and taste your own menu, but also try house-made charcuterie from The Meat Hook.
