Join us for an exploration of regional ingredients and the stories behind Appalachia's ingenuity and resourcefulness. Drawn from the pantry of the foothills and the Carolina soil, Jamie Swofford, of The Chef's Farmer, and Keia Mastrianni, of Milk Glass Pie, will prepare four courses rooted in time and space. All courses will be thoughtfully paired with Free Range Brewing beers.
