Learn to love to cook in this engaging hands-on feast classes at Durant Olive Mill.
Each class offers the opportunity to pick up cooking skills, discover new recipes, and create some delicious memories. Classes are conducted by Corey S. Pressman, Portland-based cooking guide, writer, and creativity coach.
The vision of the instructor is for all class participants to be involved in each step of preparing the meal, from prep to plating.
Participants learn first-hand how to make every menu item. When the meal is collectively prepared the class will sit down together to enjoy the meal family style as a whole.
