Taylor Stark is a Southern California native whose transition to the Pacific Northwest inspired a lifelong dedication and commitment to culinary arts. From 2012-2016, Taylor worked side by side with James Beard nominated and Top Chef runner up Gregory Gourdet at Portland’s Departure. He started as an entry level cook and has progressed to sous chef. In the spring of 2016, Taylor moved from Portland, Oregon to Denver to pursue a new challenge and professional growth as the opening Chef De Cuisine at Departure’s second location in Denver.
