Bring a friend and enjoy some of the last flavors of my favorite season for cooking. We’ll have four courses of classic autumn tastes like roasted nuts, sweet root vegetables, earthy mushrooms and wine-soaked fruit. And for a few dollars more, dinner is served with a seasonal take on the Old Fashioned, with bourbon, cognac, cointreau and cinnamon bitters. Aside from that big, boozy cocktail, I prepare each dish to be the best balance of delicious and nutritious. I hope you’ll agree and can’t wait to serve you and your guests!
