Join Chef & Teacher Meghna Agarwal for a new cooking class with an Indian menu filled with her all-time most requested recipes. She will share the keys to making these dishes in your home kitchen - how to make great spice blends & store & use them; the cornerstone cooking technique called tempering; & what really is a curry, anyway?
Soul soothing Saag Paneer & Chana Masala, tangy & fiery chutneys, & classic Chicken Curry & Fish Kebabs are all part of the cooking plan. And of course we'll sooth the slow burn of the spicier dishes with cool & refreshing Mango Lassi.
We’ll conclude our class with a shared meal of the recipes you’ve made, accompanied by that ice-cold mango lassi, beer & selected wines.

- This is a 4 hour hands-on cooking class.
- Please advise us of allergies & other dietary restrictions in advance.
- We have aprons, knives, recipe copies & everything else you’ll need.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes & plan to tie your hair back if it is long. The class will begin on time; please be prompt.
