Spice up your cooking life with a hands-on lesson from Meghna Agarwal in making the vibrant street foods of India. This menu features one of the world's great comfort foods, Ragda Pattice. Its addictive, subtly spiced garbanzo bean curry and potato pancakes make a wonderfully warming pair.
You'll also learn to make crisp pakora - excellent vegetarian party fare - and fragrant chicken kebabs and paneer. All will be served with a side of fiery cilantro chutney and ice cold mango lassi to help tame the heat.
To conclude our class, we’ll share this meal together, along with selected wines, chilly beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
Notes:
- This is a 4 hour hands-on cooking class.
- Please advise us of allergies & other dietary restrictions in advance.
- We have aprons, knives, recipe copies & everything else you’ll need.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes & plan to tie your hair back if it is long. The class will begin on time; please be prompt.
