Join Lorraine Witte for a hands-on cooking class featuring favorite restaurant dishes that are easy to replicate at home.
Learn to make Chicken Siu Mai and Potstickers - Lorraine will teach you to fill, fold and cook party-worthy appetizers your future guests will devour. You may be surprised to find they also come together quickly enough for fun & simple weeknight dinners.
Next, expand your ingredient horizons cooking with dried lily buds and tree ear mushrooms to make Mu-shu Pork, rolled up into delectable packages with a sweet, tangy sauce. Beef Chow Fun, savory & silken, is next up, with its characteristic wide, flat noodles. Stir-frying is a foundational skill that can lead to countless quick & healthful meals.
Before departing, you will sit down with your classmates to share the meal you have cooked together, accompanied by selected wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

- This is a 4 hour hands-on cooking class.
- Please advise us of allergies & other dietary restrictions in advance.
- We have aprons, knives, recipe copies & everything else you’ll need.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes & plan to tie your hair back if it is long. The class will begin on time; please be prompt.
