Meet Matthew of theartofeating! Matthew is a multifaceted chef, food writer, food stylist & photographer who uses his social pages to share his love for storytelling through food. As a man of many crafts, Matthew's culinary adventure started at a young age cooking in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother. Later graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he then went on to work in some of NYC’s most prestigious restaurants including, Per Se, Le Bernardin and Blue Hill at Stone Barns. 

Matthew can be found hosting secret ticketed pop-up dinners around Westchester and the Hudson Valley. He is available for private dinner parties and at-home/virtual cooking classes and acts really as an overall source for culinary knowledge. He has started a YouTube channel to help teach at home cooks how to significantly upgrade their skills to make cooking more approachable. An accomplished storyteller, having worked at and eaten in some of the world’s most renowned culinary destinations, Matt brings his experiences, his palate and his passion to the Tastemade team!
